The staff was very helpful. the location is central. There were many eateries nearby. i appreciated the tea and coffee station.
there was zero mobile phone signal in the building. i couldn't even receive phone calls. the tv had no signal, and the room lacked a kettle and coffee for in-room use.

car park space jacuzzi bath seating area central location
the room had a jacuzzi bath which i found enjoyable after a long day. i found the tea and coffee station with seating area to be an unexpected, real bonus. the location worked well, close to cafes, restaurants, and nightlife venues.
there was a slight inconvenience as i noticed a little dust in the room.

faulty jacuzzi awkward shower
The jacuzzi bath, I paid extra for it, did not even work. This was a real let down to me. I did not contact reception because it was 4 a.m. when I tried to use it. the shower was temperamental with the temperature. It was awkward to get running. I think the hotel needs to address these issues so other guests do not end up disappointed like I was.
